A consortium of developers led by Oxley Holdings has launched a residential condominium development at Serangoon North Avenue 1 in the northeastern region of Singapore, which they have named Affinity. The development is located on the site where HUDC Serangoon Ville once stood. In addition to Oxley Holdings, other investors in the project include Apricot Capital, Heeton Holdings, KSH Holdings and LianBeng Group.
Affinity at Serangoon will include 1,012 apartment units and 40 strata landed homes. Five units for commercial use will also be built on the sprawling 296,913 square foot site. Most of Affinity’s 1- to 4-bedroom units will offer residents a beautiful sweeping view of Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands. The development is designed to accommodate all size families, whether they are a young couple, a household with children or a large multi-generational family. Every unit blends smart design elements with top quality modern appliances and fittings from brands like Yale, Mitsubishi, Bosch and Grohe.
The developers of Affinity at Serangoon have kept the needs of every type of family in mind when designing the condominium project. Residents will enjoy a broad array of luxury facilities, including water features spanning more than 90 metres, which include a 50m Lap Pool, Family and Wading pools, Aqua Gym, 67m Sanctuary Pool, and Spas. For exercise, residents can enjoy an Outdoor Gym, Tennis Court, Jogging Trail, Reflexology Path and Fitness Corner.
Residents can also meander along the Firefly Path and Floating Boardwalk while enjoying a gorgeous view of Plankton Cove in all its luminescence. Affinity offers a relaxing escape from city life, offering residents ten or more themed gardens. They can also enjoy the Forest Cabana, Forest Pods, Villas Cabana and Shorefront Hammock.
